This ANDRE BAC product is characterized by unique details and decorative elements, most of which are crafted by hand. The special processing of each item is a design detail. This means that each piece might feature inconsistencies, making it different from each other and therefore truly unique. The natural calf leather may have some natural marks or genuine irregularities.

The details, prints, decorative elements, and the natural materials in this product can change over time and use. The delicate and sensitive leather such as the prints are sensitive to scratches. Please handle this product with great care and store it carefully when not in use. For a longer product life we recommend the following:

Protect the product from direct light, heat and rain. Keep your product away from water. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
Beware not to scratch or rub your product against other surfaces, especially the prints, decorative details and elements as well as the leather itself.
Avoid contact with greasy or staining products, surfaces or substances.
Fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity.
In order to protect your product when you are not using it, store it always in the provided dustbag.
Do not carry heavy stuff that may affect the shape of the bag.
Only clean with a soft, dry cloth if necessary. Never use soap or solvent.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

One shipping fee depending on the shipping address and method (standard or express) you choose at the checkout. For some countries only express shipping is available.

Please note duties, fees and import taxes are NOT included for shipments outside the EU.
